About the role
Magnite’s Marketing Design team supports various departments including Revenue, Sales Enablement, People Team, Facilities, Strategic Partnerships, and more. This role involves delivering pixel-perfect visual designs for marketing and sales materials, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to a small, hardworking Design team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality visual designs for marketing and sales materials, including presentations, reports, campaigns, one-sheets, social tiles, event collateral, and more.
- Own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain consistency, technical feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
- Elevate and grow the Magnite brand through creative thinking, problem-solving, and trend awareness.
- Contribute to a dynamic Design team, following best practices and continuously improving workflows and efficiencies.
- Handle a high volume of deliverables, including Google Slides, UI projects, event collateral, one-sheets, case studies, and new designs for creative initiatives.
- Communicate concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Iterate quickly and adapt to changing priorities and feedback, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience in a marketing team, agency, or in-house creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, technical expertise, and solid design principles.
- A sharp eye for composition, color, and detail, with the ability to proof for errors and refine work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Suites (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs), and Figma (plus proficiency in Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong communication skills to present concepts clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Midjourney, Adobe) is a plus.

Benefits
- Base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 in Colorado; $85,000 – $95,000 in California.
