You will work on a diverse range of projects supporting new product launches and programs across various channels.
Responsibilities

- Provide clear direction and rationale when reviewing work with designers, writers, motion, and external partners, guiding teams toward the strongest expression of the brief instead of simply presenting options.
- Design inventive design concepts for brochures, email campaigns, merchandising, premium content, website creative assets, advertising and more; ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints while working within established brand guidelines.
- Develop scalable visual systems and campaign toolkits that translate complex product information into compelling visual stories, blending design and messaging to highlight product features, benefits, and value across multiple channels, product categories, and markets.
- Demonstrate tactful multitasking and prioritization by leveraging exceptional time management and efficiency to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage generative AI and emerging creative technologies to accelerate ideation, concept visualization, content creation, and workflow efficiencies while maintaining high standards of creative quality, originality, and brand integrity.
- Support concepting and design execution of trade show booths and events. Develop trade show booth graphic concepts and layout of products providing artwork to vendor as required.
- Oversee and coordinate the full production process for creative assets to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
- Understand how visual concepts translate across motion, video, interactive experiences, and social media, collaborating with internal and external partners to extend creative ideas into engaging, platform-specific content that strengthens brand presence and audience engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships, including obtaining quotes, providing clear project direction, and overseeing revisions to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and evolving creative best practices to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative work.
