About the role
The Senior Graphic Designer will join Everlane’s Creative team to help bring the brand to life across various channels while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets across email, website, paid social, digital marketing, packaging, and retail channels.
- Partner with the Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to develop and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Translate creative concepts into polished, customer-facing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Aid in concept development, mood boards, presentations, and campaign planning.
- Prepare final production-ready files for digital and print applications.
- Contribute to the evolution of Everlane's visual identity through thoughtful design and creative problem-solving.
- Stay current on design trends, fashion, culture, and emerging creative technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for email, web, social media, and performance marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and art direction.
- Experience working within a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Benefits
California Residents: The annual compensation range for this role is $76,000 - $120,000.
