Benefits:- PF, Gratuity, Incentives, etc. Job Role & Responsibility Develop and execute visually stunning designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising.Translate client briefs into creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.Create engaging graphics, motion visuals, infographics, and other multimedia content.Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring high-quality user experiences across desktop and mobile.Partner with the marketing and strategy teams to align designs with campaign goals.Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Maintain brand consistency across all projects.Review and approve design deliverables to meet agency and client expectations. Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX principles, and responsive design best practices.Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across multiple platforms.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
