Responsibilities
- Manage grant applications throughout the fiscal year grant cycle for transit-related projects and programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state transportation funding regulations, including FTA requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and internal departments to obtain grant-related information and documentation.
- Navigate TrAMS and CPAS systems for grant awards, finance memos, and funding activities.
- Establish funding structures in CPAS as funding becomes available.
- Maintain and update the STIP database for grant modifications and obligations.
- Monitor fund allocations and prepare grant revisions and amendments as needed.
- Prepare and submit quarterly federal financial reports.
- Monitor compliance related to fixed assets and grant-funded programs.
- Maintain accurate grant records and supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in grant administration, compliance monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of federal and state grant regulations and funding processes.
- Experience working in a transit, transportation, or public sector environment preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7:30 am - 4:00 pm
