Responsibilities
- Regripping clubs
- Lie and loft adjustments
- Fulfill repair orders in a timely manner
- Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications
- Verify all repair orders for accuracy
- Maintain an orderly workstation
- Monitor inventory
Requirements
- 3+ years of advanced club-building experience
- 3+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales
- Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights
- Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles
- High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets
- Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets
- Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work
Pay
$30 - $35 per hour, based on previous golf repair experience.
