About the Role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the research and development of iron-air battery technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new battery prototypes
- Support the implementation of production processes and quality control measures
- Participate in the evaluation and optimization of battery performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
- Experience in battery research and development or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passionate about sustainability and renewable energy
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities
- Understanding of battery chemistry and electrochemistry principles
Skills
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
- Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and quality assurance
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods
