Key job responsibilities

  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, program management experience, comfortable diving deep into data, strong writing skills, lead executive-level reviews, and communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the company, both in writing and in meetings.
  • Active participation with a strong curiosity to understand the business end-to-end, and has a track record of using data to influence decision makers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand weekly demand signal changes and impacts on subcomponents level.
  • Auditing forecast and exchanging forecast with the supplier and ensuring the supplier delivers the supply against forecast.
  • Dive deep on demand data using the limited data system we have currently.
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization.
  • Think through the mitigation plan if facing any supply issue and proactively communicate the supply impact to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
  • Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
  • Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
  • Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners
  • Experience creating an innovative global supply strategy for the organization resulting in a tangible benefit to the business
