About the role
RGP is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Global Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across our global workforce. This role will partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are market competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support global compensation programs, including base pay, variable compensation, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
- Conduct job evaluations and support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of global job architecture, salary structures, career frameworks, and leveling methodologies.
- Analyze compensation data and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support annual compensation planning activities, including merit, promotion, and bonus cycles.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide compensation guidance on new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and retention scenarios.
- Conduct market pricing analyses and prepare recommendations for pay ranges and compensation decisions.
- Monitor compensation trends, legislative developments, and best practices across key global markets.
- Develop compensation analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Analyze compensation metrics, including pay equity, market positioning, compression, and workforce trends.
- Support compliance with U.S. federal, state, and international compensation laws and regulations, including pay transparency, pay equity, and wage-related requirements.
- Ensure compensation practices align with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Participate in audits and provide documentation and analysis as needed.
- Partner with HRIS, Finance, and People Operations teams to streamline compensation processes and reporting.
- Support compensation-related projects, system implementations, and organizational changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including market pricing, salary structure administration, and compensation analytics.
- Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple geographies or global organizations.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and modeling.
- Experience utilizing compensation survey tools and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
- Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or publicly traded environment desirable.
- Familiarity with Workday and compensation planning tools, and advanced reporting and visualization skills utilizing available tools.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $104,000 - $128,000. Other Compensation: Eligible for participation in the Company's annual incentive plan.
