Senior GIS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related tools
• Configure and customize web applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, and JavaScript APIs
• Build and maintain mobile workflows using ArcGIS Field Maps and other field applications
• Design and manage geodatabases, feature services, and data models
• Develop automation scripts using Python and ArcPy
• Implement and manage GIS data integrations with external systems (APIs, REST services)
• Create and maintain web maps, dashboards, and spatial analysis workflows
• Support versioning, editing workflows, and data governance best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize GIS applications for performance and usability
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience working with Esri ArcGIS platform
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Typescript, Python, and REST APIs
• Strong experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS API for Python, ArcPy, and ArcGIS Arcade
• Familiarity with geospatial data modeling and database management
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, ReactJS)
• Understanding of spatial analysis and GIS concepts
