Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex cloud-native application features and platform services using AWS technologies.
• Maintain high standards of software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and established engineering best practices.
• Mentor software developers and provide technical guidance to support successful project delivery.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and implementation decisions in collaboration with architects and Technical Leads.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted software development tools, including Amazon Q Developer, throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of production services.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, Product Owners, and Agile teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Promote secure coding practices and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.

Minimum Experience

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing automated testing and secure software development practices.
• Experience mentoring developers and supporting technical delivery.
