About the role
Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Senior General Manager, you shape our guest experience. By coaching your team, you help them give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. Your responsibilities include driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experiences, and acting as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
- Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
- Aid in attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
- Act as a brand advocate for Victra.
- Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
- Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance.
- Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs.
- Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
- Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members.
- Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs.
- Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned.
- Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
- Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay
Pay will include a base rate of $23.15 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
