Senior General Manager

About the role

This highly visible leadership role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience working within world-class food or consumer products organizations
• Salty snack industry experience is highly desired
• Strong understanding of extrusion processes and high-speed packaging operations
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and develop high-performing teams
• Experience driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and operational excellence
• Leverage Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SQF experience (a plus)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration)
• Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Six Sigma, SQF)
