About the role
As our G&A Recruiter, you'll partner with the Head of Talent, technical recruiter and sourcer, hiring managers, and the broader leadership team to source, recruit, and close exceptional talent across product, GTM, accounting & finance, HR, supply chain, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing through offer — for roles across product, GTM, accounting & finance, HR, supply chain, operations, etc. ensuring a strong pipeline and efficient and timely manner interview process.
- Build and maintain close partnerships with our executive team and hiring managers, collaborating on hiring strategy and advocating for both candidates and business needs.
- Partner with our Head of Talent to build out teams across the business.
- Source proactively across a range of platforms and channels, going beyond the obvious to find and engage passive candidates.
- Make compelling, credible presentations to candidates about Heron Power, the role, and the mission.
- Facilitate structured interview loops, track candidate performance in our ATS, and lead debriefs with hiring managers and leadership.
- Manage offers and close processes in collaboration with hiring managers and leaders.
- Continuously improve our recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate experience as the team scales.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience (agency, RPO, in-house, or a blend), ideally including G&A/business functions.
- A track record of evaluating both functional expertise and cultural fit with nuance and clarity.
- Strong ability to influence through collaboration, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourcefulness in sourcing exceptional candidates beyond the obvious platforms.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- High analytical horsepower and a commitment to excellence and top performance.
- Genuine enjoyment of the hunt — and of contributing to building an exciting, fast-growing company.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the energy, hardware, or industrial engineering talent landscape.
- Experience building recruiting systems and processes from scratch.

Benefits
Heron Power provides competitive compensation (salary and equity) and benefits. The salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $140,000 + equity + benefits.
