We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting and extract substantive content. The posting includes: - Overview: description of role, responsibilities, etc. - Who are we? (company description) - Who are you? (desired traits) - What's in it for you? (benefits) - Responsibilities (list) - Education/Experience Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. - Salary to be determined... The pay ranges from $95,000 - 140,000 plus benefits and retirement program. - Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan. We invest in our employees’ education and have built Gilbane University into a top training organization in the construction industry. - Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. - Gilbane is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer... (EEO boilerplate - remove) - Click here to view the physical demands... (maybe not needed) - Note to Recruiters... (remove) - etc. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications (Education/Experience), Skills (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities), Benefits (What's in it for you + compensation details), Pay (salary range), maybe Schedule? Not mentioned. No schedule specifics. So we should not create Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have salary range $95,000 - 140,000 plus benefits and retirement program. That's specific. So we can include Pay section. Benefits: we have "Gilbane offers employees multi-dimensional training opportunities through a number of resources... Gilbane University... work with experienced team... protect and promote interests... demonstrating personal characteristics of a developing leader." Also "Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan." Also "We invest in our employees’ education..." So we can combine into Benefits section. We also have remote work location statement: "This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office." That could be under Benefits or maybe a separate section like Work Location, but not in allowed headings. Could fold into Benefits or maybe a short p under Overview. Since we only allowed headings list, we can incorporate location into Overview or Benefits as a paragraph. We must not include EEO boilerplate, application instructions, note to recruiters, etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like responsibilities list exactly as given (maybe rephrase? but must preserve substance). We can keep bullet points. We need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities list, we need
      • each item. For Education/Experience Qualifications: list of items (Bachelor's degree..., 5-7+ years..., Bi-lingual..., Travel up to 25%..., Or equivalent combination...). That's a list; we can use
        • . For Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: list of items; we can use
          • . For Benefits: we have prose; maybe we can make a

with the benefits description. Could also list bullet points but not required. For Pay: we have salary range statement; we can put in

. We need to decide headings: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications (Education/Experience), Skills (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content. Overview: The first paragraph(s) before "Who are we?" maybe combine. Overview text: "Do you consider yourself a relationship-driven recruiter with the ability to identify, engage, and attract top construction talent? Next 150 Construction is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the recruitment of highly skilled self-perform professionals, including field leadership, superintendents, project engineers, project managers, estimators, and craft-related operations talent. Through a consultative partnership with business leaders, this role will develop and execute divisional and national recruiting strategies that support the current and future workforce needs of our self-perform operations. The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, elevating the candidate experience, and ensuring Next 150 attracts and hires the best possible talent. This position may also lead strategic recruiting initiatives and serve as a peer coach to Recruiter I and Recruiter II team members." That's overview. Then "Who are we?" company description: Could be part of About the role or maybe separate but we can incorporate into Overview as it's about company. But we have limited headings; we could keep Overview as About the role and include company description there. "Who are you?" traits: Could be part of Qualifications or Skills? It's more about desired personal attributes; could be part of Skills or maybe Qualifications. But we have Skills section for Knowledge, Skills & Abilities; we could include those traits there. However the instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: - About the role: overview + company description + maybe "Who are you?" (personal traits) but that might be more like Qualifications. However we have Qualifications heading for education/experience. Could also include personal traits under Qualifications? Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler. Let's decide: About the role: overview (role purpose) + company description (who we are). Keep it concise but preserve all substantive info. Qualifications: Education/Experience Qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 5-7+ years, bilingual, travel, equivalent combo). Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities list (understanding recruiting principles, customer service, region knowledge, listening/facilitation, communication, self-motivated, organized, teamwork, coach/mentor, ATS proficiency, familiarity with laws). Benefits: What's in it for you? + total compensation package + Gilbane University + health/welfare benefits + profit-sharing/401k + education investment + remote work location. Pay: salary range $95,000 - 140,000 plus benefits and retirement program. Responsibilities: list as given. We must not include EEO boilerplate, note to recruiters, physical demands link, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML. We need to wrap each section:

            About the role

            then

... maybe multiple paragraphs? Could combine into one

but if multiple sentences it's okay. Better to split into multiple

for readability but not required. We'll keep each section's content in

            paragraphs; lists in

            • . Let's craft. About the role:
