Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Python, React, SQL Server)

About the role

You will:

• Application Development Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
• Improve application performance through database tuning and optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze current vs. future state processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and operational readiness.
• Develop automated testing and monitoring capabilities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Follow secure coding practices and engineering standards.

  Responsibilities

  The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Python, React, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, or product management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks and AI/ML solutions.

  PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

  Pay Range: $60/hr to $65/hr
