Senior Full Stack & Gen AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical designs and system architectures.
• Quickly prototype solutions to demonstrate feasibility and gain stakeholder approval.
• Manage the complete codebase, including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, and deployment pipelines.
• Enhance data-heavy applications for optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of enterprise platforms across various business lines.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to boost development speed and quality.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems to autonomously solve complex workflows.
• Navigate production readiness processes and coordinate across teams for successful application deployment.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of AI and GenAI, including LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
• Ability to design high-performance, data-intensive applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise operations, including Active Directory and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries.
• Comfortable collaborating across organizational boundaries and driving technical initiatives independently.
