Senior Full Stack AI Developer

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom full-stack applications focused on AI and GenAI
• Integrate and deploy machine learning and AI models with an emphasis on LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab CI
• Develop robust backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models and functionalities
• Participate actively in agile delivery methods and ceremonies
• Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and best practices

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen able to obtain DHS Entry On Duty (EOD) clearance
• BA/BS and 15 years of relevant experience required; alternatives available based on experience
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems

Skills

• Expertise in Full Stack development with proficiency in front-end (React, TypeScript, CSS) and back-end technologies
• Proficient in Python for backend development with additional experience in various dynamic programming languages
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, particularly in AI contexts
• Solid experience with cloud services, particularly Azure preferred

Pay

$105,100 – $231,100 annually
