Senior Full Stack AI Application Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA • Duration: 36 months • Bill rate: $64/hr (W2, US citizens or Green Card holders only)

About the role

Design, build, test, and improve AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio—including topics, prompts, actions, grounding, and feedback loops. Develop full-stack solutions that span front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, dashboards, automation scripts, and integrations. Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, testing, and proof-of-concept creation while delivering rapid business value. Collaborate directly with business partners and end users to clarify needs, validate prototypes, explain technical concepts, and refine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, debug, and document code using appropriate programming languages and technologies for enterprise applications.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and assist developers with architecture and programming practices.
• Serve as an individual contributor managing complex projects through design, development, testing, and debugging phases.
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical architecture; identify resource needs and coordinate programming practices.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings, track progress, and perform analysis to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Recommend and implement solutions to address project challenges and problems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI agent development (topics, prompts, actions, grounding, feedback loops).
• Strong expertise in Databricks, SQL, data engineering—including data pipelines, notebooks, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data validation, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, dashboards, automation scripts, and integrations.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, testing, and proof-of-concept creation.
• Ability to collaborate with business partners and end users to translate requirements, validate prototypes, and refine solutions.

Pay

$64 per hour
