Senior Full-stack Engineer

How you'll contribute

Own technical delivery for product squads building modern web applications.
Design clean architectures, champion code quality, and guide implementation across the stack.
Collaborate with product, design, and delivery partners to prioritise work and remove blockers.
Coach engineers through pairing, feedback, and continuous improvement rituals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping web applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in building and consuming APIs, working with relational and document databases.
• Track record of leading engineering initiatives and partnering closely with product stakeholders.
• Able to collaborate remotely with optional onsite time in New York/Remote.
• Nice-to-have experience:
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevSecOps practices.
• Comfort with observability tooling and data-driven performance optimisation.
• Mentoring engineers or leading guilds/communities of practice.
