You will own the architecture and end-to-end feature development on a React/Python/AWS stack, shipping high-impact products like ML-driven care guidance and EHR integrations to improve healthcare outcomes for millions.

Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, HIPAA-compliant components on AWS to power member engagement and clinical messaging workflows.
- Partner with data science and clinical teams to prototype and launch ML-driven personalization and care guidance features.
- Drive technical excellence by mentoring teammates, conducting code reviews, and evolving the platform's design system and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience scaling modern web applications using JavaScript (React) and Python on cloud infrastructure.
- Product-minded engineer with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and can navigate technical ambiguity.
- Strong communicator who possesses deep empathy for older adults and is motivated by improving healthcare accessibility and independence.
