Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable, HIPAA-compliant components on AWS to power member engagement and clinical messaging workflows.
• Partner with data science and clinical teams to prototype and launch ML-driven personalization and care guidance features.
• Drive technical excellence by mentoring teammates, conducting code reviews, and evolving the platform's design system and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience scaling modern web applications using JavaScript (React) and Python on cloud infrastructure.
• Product-minded engineer with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and can navigate technical ambiguity.
• Strong communicator who possesses deep empathy for older adults and is motivated by improving healthcare accessibility and independence.

Qualifications
