Senior Fuel Technician
About the role
Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Senior Fuel Systems Technician to support and maintain fueling infrastructure across multiple retail locations. This role plays a critical role in keeping fueling operations safe, compliant, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fuel dispensers, underground storage tanks (USTs), leak detection systems, and vapor recovery units
- Installing and upgrading fueling equipment and related technology
- Performing preventive maintenance and compliance inspections
- Responding to service calls and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining detailed service, inspection, and compliance records
- Serving as a technical lead and mentor to junior technicians
- Supporting construction projects, tank testing, and permitting activities
- Coordinating with vendors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies
- Recommending system upgrades and long-term improvements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience servicing fuel systems
- Experience working independently in field-based service environments
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel between store locations
Preferred
- Technical certification or vocational training
- Experience with fuel systems in retail, convenience store, or commercial fueling environments
- Familiarity with Veeder-Root, Gilbarco, and Wayne systems
- OSHA and/or HAZMAT certification
- 5+ years of fuel systems experience for senior-level roles

Pay
$26–$30/hr
Schedule
Full-time, in-person role with frequent local travel between locations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather. On-call availability for emergency or after-hours service as needed.
