Senior Front End Web Developer
About the role
The Senior Front-End Web Developer will report to the Director of Website Strategy and will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across the digital ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize modern web experiences across the digital ecosystem
- Partner with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems
- Support website migrations and consolidation efforts
- Transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
- Build modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, scalability, and quality
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
- Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
- Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
- Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
