Senior Front End Web Developer

About the role

The Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across CoreWeave's digital ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize modern web experiences across the digital ecosystem
• Partner with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems
• Support website migrations and consolidation efforts
• Transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
• Build modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
• Work within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, scalability, and quality

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
• Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
• Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
• Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
• Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through implementation

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
