About the role

The Senior Front-End Web Developer will report to the Director of Website Strategy and will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across the company's digital ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize modern web experiences across the digital ecosystem
  • Support website migrations and consolidations
  • Transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
  • Build modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
  • Ensure responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
  • Work within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, scalability, and quality

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
  • Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
  • Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
  • Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
  • Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through implementation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
