Senior FP&A Manager - Tech & Healthcare Growth

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams (CX, Health Plans, Product, Engineering) to provide forward-looking financial insights.
• Develop models, dashboards, and strategic budgets to support data-driven decision-making.
• Elevate the company's financial planning function through analysis and strategic financial modeling.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
• Strong ability to build financial models, dashboards, and budgets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
