Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

This position is a key contributor in financial planning and analysis, focusing on reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic projects within a private-equity-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial reports.
• Support private-equity-level reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and business trends.
• Prepare and support 13-week cash flow reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Partner with the deal team on acquisitions and integration-related initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for strategic finance projects.
• Build and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support ongoing finance infrastructure development.

Requirements

• Financial literacy and strong P&L understanding.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to prepare or understand 13-week cash flow reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to create and work through financial reports.
• Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience level aligned with analyst or individual contributor FP&A work.

Nice to Haves

• Power BI experience.
• Business Central exposure.
• Acquisition, integration, or private-equity-backed company experience.
• Strong presentation skills.

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 per year. Eligible for discretionary bonuses, medical, dental, vision benefits, and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
