Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Opportunity: The Senior FP&A Analyst role is essential for maintaining and refining the financial model and supporting financial planning and budgeting efforts. This position transforms complex data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and supports fundraising initiatives. It leverages modern AI tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting, contributing significantly to the organization’s decision-making and growth. 3. Responsibilities: Maintain and refine the core financial model translating operational data into consolidated cash flow projections.Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate the return on investment for key initiatives.Develop KPI dashboards and prepare monthly presentations for the board.Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and decision support.Translate complex data sets into clear analyses for management and the board.Collaborate with FP&A leadership to provide strategic insights identifying business trends and growth opportunities. 4. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of analytical experience in FP&A, valuation, investment banking, corporate or strategic finance.Expert financial modeling skills including three-statement models, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and cash flow modeling.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or related field.Preferred transaction experience on buy-side or sell-side deals.Ability to present complex financial data in accessible graphical or narrative formats.Proficiency in AI tools and automation to enhance finance operations.Strong attention to detail, independent work capability, and project ownership.Effective project management skills with flexibility to work extended hours as needed.Positive, motivated team player with a growth mindset. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base salary between $100,000 and $125,000 plus bonus based on experience and skills.Equity participation through incentive stock options.Flexible paid time off. 6.
