Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

This is a high visibility role that partners directly with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and executive leadership, influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights and scenario modeling. The position offers exposure to a multi-business segment environment, expanding business acumen, and the opportunity to own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. The Senior Analyst, FP&A will work with advanced financial models, dashboards, and BI tools, drive process improvements and automation initiatives, and have a blend of strategic and hands-on finance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers
• Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools
• Support month-end close with variance analysis and reporting
• Deliver strategic insights, scenario modeling, and executive-level presentations
• Drive reporting automation and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong foundation in financial statements and accounting principles

Pay

The salary for this role is $120,000 plus a 15% bonus.
