About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst in a hybrid position (must be seated in Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; or Dallas, TX) to support our growing Central team. As a Military Friendly Employer, we welcome veterans, with over 250 already on board.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short-term and long-term business planning.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to identify key performance indicators.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide insights on business performance.
  • Support the annual planning and budgeting process.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in FP&A or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficient in tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software, and PowerPoint. Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • M&A integration experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

Travel Requirements

Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
