About the role

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst in a hybrid position (must be seated in Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; or Dallas, TX) to support our growing Central team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short-term and long-term business planning.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to identify key performance indicators.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide insights on business performance.
  • Support the annual planning and budgeting process.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in FP&A or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficient in tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software, and PowerPoint (Tableau is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • M&A integration experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside. Duties include frequent standing, walking, sitting; using hands to handle objects or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; talking or hearing; lifting (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending; frequent near vision use for reading and computer tasks; occasionally moving equipment weighing up to 15 pounds; and frequently positioning self to maintain computers or other equipment.

Travel Requirements

Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
