About the role
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis efforts of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and metrics
- Support ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling techniques
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables
- Experience with financial modeling tools such as Cognos, Hyperion, or similar
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Planning & Analysis (P&L), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
