Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years as a backend or full-stack SWE, ideally with experience at an AI-first or developer-focused startup
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with deploying LLM-based workflows and evaluations
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, or similar
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and tools like Rasa, DsPy, or evaluation frameworks
  • Experience working directly with customers (external or internal), gathering requirements, and delivering impact
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel for onsite work with customers as needed (up to 20%)
