Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing FOIA requests, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze FOIA requests to determine appropriate responses and compliance with federal regulations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on FOIA-related matters.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to FOIA requests.
• Ensure all FOIA requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to FOIA requests.

Requirements

• Security clearance required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a legal or administrative role related to FOIA.
• Experience working with government agencies and understanding of federal regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, public policy, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• $118,677 per year for Product Manager with Security Clearance.
• $86,808 per year for Senior FOIA Paralegal with Security Clearance.
• $126,293 per year for Senior FOIA Analyst with Security Clearance.
• $88,586 per year for FOIA Paralegal with Security Clearance.
• $111,258 per year for FOIA Analyst with Security Clearance.
