Responsibilities
- Review and analyze FOIA requests to determine appropriate responses and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Prepare and submit FOIA requests to federal agencies on behalf of clients.
- Research and provide legal advice on FOIA-related issues and regulations.
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate responses to FOIA requests.
- Manage and maintain records related to FOIA requests and responses.
- Ensure all FOIA requests are processed in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in law, public policy, or a related field.
- A current security clearance.
- Experience in handling FOIA requests and legal research.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience working with federal agencies and understanding of FOIA regulations.
- Knowledge of legal principles and procedures relevant to FOIA.

- $124,797 per year for FOIA Product Manager.
- $91,285 per year for Senior FOIA Paralegal.
- $132,807 per year for Senior FOIA Analyst.
- $93,155 per year for FOIA Paralegal.
- $116,996 per year for FOIA Analyst.
