Senior FMV Analyst

About the role

BAE Systems is the premier provider of Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation and is seeking high-performing Senior level analysts to support an operational cell with video forensics and in-depth analysis. Analysts must integrate GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, and other INTs into intelligence products. Candidates will exploit video footage from ISR platforms and conduct advanced research to produce comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products.

Responsibilities

• Exploit video footage collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms
• Conduct in-depth, advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products
• Maintain situational awareness during high-tempo operations
• Verbally and in writing relay and articulate intelligence findings
• Prioritize and solve routine tasks while positively impacting customer and team relations
• Prepare and present briefings with visual displays
• Accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a screen
• Successfully complete the customer FMV training course or have completed it within the past year
• Attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain required minimum skill level in each position
• Obtain GPC-F certification within 6 months of start

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of intelligence analysis experience, including 7 years of FMV or imagery analysis experience; OR
• Minimum of 7 years of FMV or imagery analysis experience AND a bachelor’s degree in a related field approved by the customer
• Capable of working a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (if necessary)
• Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite: MS Word & MS PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of training methodologies
• Capable of typing 32 WPM without looking at the keyboard

Qualifications

• Practical experience using MAAS, NES, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, IEC
• Background in Counter-Terrorism analysis
• Previous FMV Instructor duty or training assignments
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Advanced technical ability (e.g., HTML5, CSS, PHP/SQL, Python)
• Experience exploiting video footage and understanding of sensor capabilities
• Experience exploiting NTM with a basic understanding of imagery products
• Experience building target packets or similar intelligence products

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $97,008 – $164,914. Individual salaries are determined by business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
