Role Overview
Geo Owl is looking for a motivated, dependable Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst to support time-sensitive intelligence missions in a high-tempo operational environment. In this role, you will analyze and exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms, integrate intelligence from multiple disciplines, produce imagery-derived reports and graphics, and help deliver actionable intelligence to senior Government decision-makers.

The FMV Analyst develops and applies FMV tradecraft through formal training and on-the-job development; exploits ISR platform video; applies HUMINT and SIGINT context; produces imagery-derived graphics and reports; prepares intelligence materials for senior-level briefings; and supports global counterterrorism operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop FMV tradecraft through a three-week formal training course and a robust on-the-job training program.
- Exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms and apply HUMINT and SIGINT context to produce actionable intelligence.
- Create and distribute imagery-derived graphic products and reports for senior decision-makers across Government agencies.
- Compile, prepare, and communicate intelligence materials that support high-level briefings and operational understanding.
- Use advanced imagery tools, including electronic light tables, to exploit national technical means imagery.
- Support continuous improvement in analytic quality, reporting clarity, and customer mission support.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
- Three or more years of intelligence experience, or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a customer-approved discipline.
- Completion of a formal intelligence school course, typically three or more months full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS such as All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, or HUMINT.
- Understanding of the basic intelligence cycle and the TCPED process.
- Ability to type at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard.
- Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on video screens.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, alternating days and nights monthly, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military training and intelligence experience.
- Basic understanding of national-level imagery production standards.
- Familiarity with FMV exploitation, FMV sensor capabilities, and national imagery analysis.
- Background in counterterrorism analysis or high-tempo operational intelligence support.
- Ability to relay and articulate information clearly during dynamic operations.
- Proficiency solving routine tasks of varying complexity using established procedures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
