Job Responsibilities
- Captures and coordinates the semi-annual Loan Strategy Report cycles and ensures timely preparation and presentation.
- Familiarizes and complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures applicable to Financial Restructuring group duties.
- Coordinates loan closing activities for Financial Restructuring loans and works closely with Closing and Legal staff to achieve timely and quality results.
- Coaches and counsels colleagues on matters related to Financial Restructuring loans and issues, acting as an advisory role for clients classified as OLEM or Early Warning.
- Understands the loan relationship, assesses issues causing downgrades, and collaborates with the Business and the client to develop and implement plans for rehabilitation and eventual loan classification upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in loan restructuring and risk management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to analyze financial statements to evaluate financial stability.
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with clients and others, even those who may be challenging to work with.
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 50%.
- Licensed to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Pay
Target Hiring Range: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00
