About the role
Remote Our client seeks a Senior Financial Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise benefits analysis during a busy season. The role will manage stock-based compensation budgeting, including executive compensation, drive KPI reporting, and partner with senior leadership and the communications team to deliver accurate financial insights and executive-ready presentations. The selected consultant will operate with limited supervision and move projects forward while improving processes and strengthening financial storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead stock-based compensation budgeting, including executive compensation.
- Perform enterprise-level benefits analysis and related financial modeling.
- Support the communications team and CEO with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting and management dashboards.
- Advance projects with limited direction and deliver on deadlines.
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI and management reporting in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated business partnership skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive accountability.
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lead change and implement process improvements.
- Technical aptitude, solid business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and financial storytelling.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc financial modeling for enterprise benefits offerings preferred.
