Senior Financial Manager

Join our team as a Senior Financial Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by leading budget formulation, execution analysis, and PPBE inputs. You will analyze financial and manpower data, build multi-year funding models, ensure leaders see shortfalls and risks before they hit. Position is contingent upon contract award** Work Schedule and Location On-Site This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD near BWI airport. Analyze budget execution obligations vs. plan, burn rates, and anomaliesDraft POM, FYDP, and unfunded requirement inputsBuild five-year resource projection models and alternative scenariosMaintain financial matrices across manpower, RDT&E, procurement, and O&MProduce monthly financial status reports and funding impact assessmentsKeep financial records audit-ready Required Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenshipBachelor's degree + 10 years relevant experience, Master's + 8 years, or PhD + 5 yearsComprehensive budget and data analysis for financial planning and executionExtensive experience with manpower and budget systems including ABIDES, iRMIS, and PBESDeep knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) processProven collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levelsExceptional written and oral communication and consensus-building Desired Air Force financial management experienceFive-year resource modelingFinancial audit readiness At FWI, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
