Senior Financial and Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation of financial reports
• Maintain and record all financial transactions
• Manage the tracking and preparation of tax reporting matters
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Oversee accounting projects such as 401(k) audits and internal reporting
• Input and update accurate accounting data into the company’s systems
• Enhance accounting policies, procedures, and systems for better efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities
• U.S. Citizenship
