Senior Financial Analyst (TM1 SuperUser)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the various teams in forecasting processes, data validation, and forecasting workflows.
• Provide technical support to finance teams and end-users, including training and custom report creation.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to continually simplify and optimize workflows, automate tasks, and design and develop new capabilities.
• Establish and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure data completeness and data quality across TM1 forecasting models, data input forms, and consolidation cubes.
• Oversee the reconciliation of inbound data sources and outbound tools (Jupiter, TRON, etc.) and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with best of breed planning tools Hyperion Planning or IBM Planning Analytics/TM1.
• Strong Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), DBRW and Excel skills.
• PowerBI skills are a plus.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting and consolidation processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
