Responsibilities

- Monitor financial performance of the business unit including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. - Provide timely, concise, and actionable financial information to business leaders and management. - Lead development of the region’s annual operating plans and forecasts. - Support new product costing and volume analysis to assess profitability and value proposition. - Partner with manufacturing, sales, and marketing to analyze costs, set pricing strategies, and optimize margins. - Analyze budget and forecast performance to support data-driven decisions. - Support development of strategic plans and financial trajectory. - Support monthly business reviews, financial reporting, and closing activities. - Manage rebate agreements and commission and accrual processes. - Support internal controls and financial system integrity. - Assist with global initiatives and ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 5 years of financial experience. - Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial principles and accounting. - Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Well-organized with ability to manage multiple priorities. - Self-starter with proactive mindset and results orientation. - Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification. - Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
