Senior Financial Analyst, NACF Capacity Finance

This role is part of the FCAP (Fixed, Capital, Analytics, and Planning) Finance organization responsible for financial analysis of the NACF (North America Fulfillment Center) Capacity Planning team. The role is responsible for assessing financial analysis to optimize building launches and retrofits across the First Mile Supply Chain network (300+ buildings). The role partners across business and finance teams to make multi-billion-dollar 4-year plan recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create discounted cash flow models (NPV & payback) comparing different business scenarios
• Responsible for financial analysis of Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) that are approved by several senior finance and business leaders
• Support with POR (Plan of Record) information for Capital Investment (Capex) planning cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

• MBA or CFA

• USA, NY, New York: $73,600.00 - $128,800.00 USD annually
• USA, TN, Nashville: $60,200.00 - $105,400.00 USD annually
• USA, TX, Irving: $66,900.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington: $66,900.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Bellevue: $82,700.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually
