Amazon seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to join the International Seller Services (ISS) FP&A team. This role focuses on providing data-driven insights to leadership that guide strategic decisions across 20+ countries. Key responsibilities include building scalable financial dashboards, collaborating with finance teams, and communicating findings to senior management.

Key job responsibilities

• Contribute to developing financial dashboards that scale across 20+ countries to provide insights that drive decision-making for External Fulfillment channels and 3P business
• Collaborate with finance teams across International Seller Services to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the 3P business landscape
• Drive communication with senior management through effective financial modeling and reporting, providing clear and concise summaries that answer questions in detail
• Proactively identify incomplete or inaccurate data, determine root causes, and implement solutions to ensure reporting accuracy while maintaining the highest standards

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually.
