Who we're looking for
We're not just looking for someone who knows Excel or has done FP&A before. We're looking for someone who, when they see a process, immediately starts asking why does it work this way — and then starts thinking about how to make it better.
What you'll do
- Dig into financial and operational data to find the story behind the numbers
- Build and maintain models that track revenue, collections, and key performance metrics
- Question existing processes, document how they work, and propose improvements
- Work closely with billing, operations, and clinical teams to understand the "why" behind the data
- Turn messy, manual workflows into something cleaner and more reliable over time
What we care about
- You get genuinely curious when something doesn't make sense — you don't just move on
- You're comfortable sitting with ambiguity and working through a problem you've never seen before
- You learn tools quickly because you understand the underlying logic, not just the steps
- You communicate clearly in writing and can explain a complex finding simply
- You're honest about what you don't know and proactive about filling the gap
