Who we're looking for

We're not just looking for someone who knows Excel or has done FP&A before. We're looking for someone who, when they see a process, immediately starts asking why does it work this way — and then starts thinking about how to make it better.

What you'll do

  • Dig into financial and operational data to find the story behind the numbers
  • Build and maintain models that track revenue, collections, and key performance metrics
  • Question existing processes, document how they work, and propose improvements
  • Work closely with billing, operations, and clinical teams to understand the "why" behind the data
  • Turn messy, manual workflows into something cleaner and more reliable over time

What we care about

  • You get genuinely curious when something doesn't make sense — you don't just move on
  • You're comfortable sitting with ambiguity and working through a problem you've never seen before
  • You learn tools quickly because you understand the underlying logic, not just the steps
  • You communicate clearly in writing and can explain a complex finding simply
  • You're honest about what you don't know and proactive about filling the gap

Our Pillars

  • Make things easier.
  • Forge genuine connections.
  • Elevate the standard.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own weekly and monthly revenue reporting, including KPI tracking and performance analysis
  • Develop and enhance financial dashboards and operational reporting tools
  • Analyze trends in revenue, reimbursement, accounts receivable, customer acquisitions, and provider productivity to identify actionable insights
  • Support the monthly close process and partner with accounting on revenue-related analyses
  • Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility and support decision-making
  • Lead ad hoc analyses related to growth initiatives, new markets, and strategic projects
  • Support investor reporting and fund raising efforts
  • Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Develop scenario analyses and financial models to evaluate operational and strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance scalability across finance and reporting functions
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights that support sustainable growth across the organization
  • Help build scalable finance processes and reporting infrastructure to support continued expansion

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets
  • Able to manage projects and processes with limited oversight
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Highly independent, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to balance speed and quality
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in healthcare, MSO, or other multi-site service environments
  • Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance processes
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments

Benefits

  • W2 role with competitive compensation
  • Medical, Dental and Vision on the first of the month after employment
  • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holiday time
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential counseling services, resources, and support to help you navigate personal or professional challenges
  • 401(k) plan with company contribution
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge healthcare technology environment
  • Professional development opportunities and training
  • Collaborative and supportive work culture
  • Impactful role contributing to the enhancement of patient care and healthcare processes
