Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (SG&A and CapEx)

Responsibilities
- Drive SG&A Forecasting & Financial Insights: Lead monthly reporting and variance analysis, maintain forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making
- Partner with Corporate Leaders: Act as a trusted finance partner to departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to support planning, prioritization, and cost discipline
- Manage Capital Expenditures (CapEx): Track and forecast capital spend, ensuring visibility into project-level investments and alignment with approved budgets
- Support Planning & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while supporting executive, Board, and lender reporting
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise to support strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable financial processes and reporting enhancements
- Use data, insights, and strong communication to support decision-making and drive results

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive) preferred
- Experience supporting SG&A and corporate functions strongly preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
