About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A plays a key role in supporting the Corporate FP&A team by enhancing financial reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. This position collaborates across the organization to improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting, directly contributing to informed decision-making and the company's strategic financial management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes, including long-range planning and scenario modeling
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial analysis and budget support
- Deliver insights to guide capital allocation aligned with strategic initiatives
- Identify and streamline processes to support organizational growth and scalability
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure financial performance against objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve FP&A systems and operational efficiency
- Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience in high-growth software companies or investment banking
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics (e.g., ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC)
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems (preferably Netsuite and Pigment)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan; Pigment expertise is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI-driven finance workflows
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across functions and levels
Pay
- Base salary range: $110,000 to $140,000, determined by geographic location, skills, and experience
- Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and equity
