The Job
The Senior Finance Manager at MGM Resorts International will drive operational excellence and financial performance across the company's nationwide portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performing finance team
- Translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Partnering with property executives and corporate leadership
- Overseeing advanced financial modeling, rigorous P&L management, and strategic forecasting
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Ensuring financial SOPs align with MLGCA expectations
- Ledding the accounting team
- Managing the Scan Team and Sensitive Key Control Administrator
- Leading the month-end close process
- Coordinating with executive leadership and financial planning team
- Leveraging knowledge of key enterprise systems
- Aligning with Cage and Credit teams
- Ensuring financial documentation, wire transfers, discounts, and financial functions are accurate
- Collaborating with the Corporate Fixed Asset team
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 21 years of age
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role or related field
- Previous experience in accounting with GAAP knowledge preferred
- Casino Finance experience preferred

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: $95,900.00 - $127,800.00. This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
